Electronic Ignition Modules
Electronic ignition modules allow the intermittent function of the pilot system instead of having a continous standing pilot. By command from the module, the pilot is lit only when the heating cycle is operational. Average monthly savings from the electronic ignition set-up over a standing pilot system is $15-$25. Average life span of the modules is 8-15 years. Modules come ready for either Hot Surface ignition or Electronic Spark ignition.
